Common Questions

FAQ

How do I file a warranty claim?

Call 1-877-943-2972 or open a support ticket above. Have your order number ready. We diagnose remotely first — if parts are needed, we ship them directly to you or arrange a no-cost depot repair.

Does the lifetime warranty cover accidental damage?

The Xidax Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturer defects, component failures, and workmanship issues. Accidental physical damage (drops, liquid spills) is not covered but we offer affordable repair services.

How long does a warranty repair take?

Most issues are resolved remotely in under 24 hours. If physical parts are needed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days and repair 1–2 business days on the bench.

Can I bring my PC into your Salt Lake City location?

Yes — walk-ins are welcome Mon–Sat 9am–6pm MT. No appointment needed for diagnostics. We also accept shipped-in systems from anywhere in the US.

What if I upgraded parts after purchase?

Xidax-approved upgrades installed by our team remain covered. Third-party upgrades may affect coverage on the modified components only — the rest of your system stays fully warranted.
