30-Day Returns
Product returns must take place within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee — whether a refund is requested before or after the system ships — and the customer covers return shipping.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns after 30 days aren't accepted without prior written authorization from a Xidax team member. If approved, the 20% restocking fee applies.
Non-Refundable Items
- Deposits to hold, reserve, or custom-configure merchandise.
- Microsoft Windows and Office products, digital license keys, downloadable software, and any activated or electronically delivered software.
About the Restocking Fee
Because every Xidax is custom-configured, the 20% restocking fee reflects a reasonable estimate of administrative costs, payment processing, configuration labor, inspection, testing, inventory depreciation, and resale risk. It is not a penalty.
