Every Xidax desktop and laptop is backed by a 2-Year Hardware Warranty on core system components, plus Lifetime Service & Labor — expert diagnostics and repair labor from our US-based team for as long as you own your system.

The 2-year term covers core system components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, internal PSU). Monitors, peripherals, and liquid-cooling components carry a 1-year term. Extended and Lifetime Parts & Labor plans are available at checkout. Parts carry their manufacturer warranties beyond the Xidax term; we coordinate every RMA. Standard exclusions (cosmetic wear, liquid damage, overclocking beyond spec) apply.

Keep your original packaging. You are responsible for securely packaging any system sent to Xidax for RMA or repair — the box your build arrived in is the safest way to ship it back.

Registration, Ownership & Upkeep
Registration & Ownership

Registration: Your warranty is tied to your order; registering your serial helps us find it faster. Keep your original invoice and serial number handy.

Ownership: Coverage applies while you own the PC and is non-transferable. For second-hand ownership, contact support with proof of purchase so we can assist.

Upgrades: Adding RAM or storage? No problem. If you're unsure about compatibility, ask us first and we'll help.

Keep It Running Its Best
  • Update GPU drivers and Windows regularly.
  • Clean dust filters and fans every few months.
  • Avoid cable strain; keep airflow paths clear.
  • Contact us before major upgrades — we can confirm compatibility.

Quick Start
Remove Foam & Reconnect GPU

There is a foam pack inside your system — remove it before powering on. If your GPU power cable was unplugged for shipping, reconnect it now. Keep all original packaging in case you need to ship the PC in for service.

Check the Accessory Box

Your box includes a power cable, WiFi antennas (if selected), extra internal cables, manuals, and a Windows Recovery USB (if purchased). Install the WiFi antennas on the rear I/O panel now.

Flip the PSU Switch & Power On

Make sure the master switch on the power supply (rear of case) is in the ON position. Press the power button on the front or top of the system.

Connect to Your Network

Plug in an Ethernet cable to the rear network port, or connect your WiFi antennas and join your wireless network during Windows setup.

Complete Windows Setup

Follow the on-screen prompts to set your region, create or sign into your Microsoft account, and choose your privacy settings.

Liquid Cooling: If your build includes AIO or custom liquid cooling, inspect for any shipping shifts before powering on. Contact support if you see any signs of leaking.
Software Activation
Microsoft WindowsDigital License

Windows is pre-activated. Verify your activation status while connected to the internet:

  1. Press the Windows Key
  2. Type "Activation" and select Activation Settings
  3. Confirm the status reads Windows is activated
Microsoft OfficeDigital License

Redeem Office through the Microsoft Store — no product key needed:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store app
  2. Click My Library (bottom left)
  3. Click Included with device
  4. Click Redeem next to Microsoft Office
  5. Click OK on the description window
  6. Sign in or create a Microsoft Account to permanently link your license
  7. Confirm your settings and click Next to finish

Webroot AntivirusGaming Shield

Included with Xidax Gaming Shield. Check your email for the "Xidax Gaming Shield Digital Keys" message.

  1. Find your 20-character activation code in that email (format: ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP-QRST)
  2. Download Webroot at webroot.com/wsadownload
  3. Launch the installer and click Agree and Install
  4. Enter your activation code exactly as shown — copy/paste recommended, include all dashes, all caps
SuperAntiSpyware ProGaming Shield

Check your email (including junk/spam) for the "Xidax Gaming Shield Digital Keys" message.

  1. Find your 10-character registration code (format: ABCD-1234-ABC12)
  2. Open the SuperAntiSpyware Pro app
  3. Click "Click here to upgrade", then Yes
  4. Enter your registration code and click OK
StorageWhale BackupDigital License

Check your welcome email for your personal activation code and download link.

  1. Download StorageWhale from StorageWhale.com
  2. Install — click Next 4 times, then Finish
  3. On the Activation Wizard, click Start
  4. Enter your 20-character activation code from your welcome email (format: ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678)
  5. Click Next, then Finish
  6. Click Protect in the top right
  7. Check each file type and location you want backed up
  8. Click Scan Files Now to begin continuous backup
Game CodesPromo
