Registration: Your warranty is tied to your order; registering your serial helps us find it faster. Keep your original invoice and serial number handy.
Ownership: Coverage applies while you own the PC and is non-transferable. For second-hand ownership, contact support with proof of purchase so we can assist.

Do you cover accidental damage?
Accidental damage (drops, liquid, etc.) and cosmetic wear aren't covered.
Can I upgrade my PC without voiding coverage?
Yes. RAM and storage upgrades are fine. If you're adding components, keep things within spec and contact us if you're unsure. Some third-party parts or repairs may affect coverage on the affected component.
How do international RMAs work?
